Hey Family! Sending you peace & wholeness on your journey. I’m Eboni, a certified doula, lactation consultant, maternal support practitioner, and childbirth educator in the St. Louis, MO area. Titles aside, I am a nurturer; channeling my passion to support birthing people by inspiring them to go deep within and embody the journey before them with confidence, knowledge and resilience.

As the mother of four, three of which I hold, I remember all the uncertainty along the way. I began to question why the realities of pregnancy, birth, loss, breastfeeding and parenthood weren't openly discussed. It seemed it wasn’t until becoming pregnant that suddenly I had to cram for the ultimate final exam known as parenthood. Along the way I discovered I was being born anew and with that, sparked Birthing You Doula Services. I strive to bring clarity and healing to families because you are worthy to be supported and empowered with an advocate by your side every step, twist and turn along the way.

I genuinely believe Birth Work found me. Prior to embarking on this journey I aspired to be a medical doctor but through my Biology and Sociology studies I began to delve deep into public health disparities and social inequities. From there I spent several years providing reproductive health services such as sex education, family planning, HIV/STI testing and counseling, to men and women in St. Louis, MO and Ghana, West Africa.

While in Ghana I was immersed in a culture that openly shared the wisdom needed to not fear but rather embrace the perinatal journey! I now bring this deeply rooted, ancestral touch of care to every family I serve. I believe in your innate wisdom and abilities. I believe with support there is healing after loss. I believe in honoring your journey and uplifting your voice! So what do you say family? Let’s walk the path together.
