As a Childbirth Educator I won’t let the fear of the unknown and what if’s keep you from being empowered. Together, with your support person rather it be a romantic partner, family member or friend we will go back to the communal days of birthing when people came together to support and pour wisdom into one another. You will learn about the innate abilities of the body and how birth partners can best support someone during birth and the postpartum period.

This journey is not just about the birth of a child but the birth of you as you step into your new identity! You hold the power to shape your birth and postpartum experience so let’s work through the clutter, experiences you’ve heard, previous birth trauma and unknowns to prepare your mind, body and spirit for it!

Breastfeeding Education

As a Certified Lactation Consultant, I am here to provide knowledge about infant feeding even before your baby arrives so you and your support team know what to expect. Together, we will go through infant feeding basics and break down any myths you may have heard about. Those burning questions like, how to know if my baby is getting enough milk, when to start pumping, what if it hurts etc. will all be covered in this 1:1 90 min session. You will learn about local and national resources so no matter where you are you can have support if needed to feed your baby.
